Email types

1. Sign up

Choose your industry (salon, nail, phone repair, etc.), enter shop name, address, phone, login email, and password. Agree to Terms & Privacy.Try the booking form without signing up (no real emails, no booking QR). After you verify your email you get 15 days trial (400 emails/mo) with a booking link/QR; purchase a plan when trial quota runs out.Your login email receives customer reply-to reschedules.

1.1 Log in

Use registration email + password. Forgot password? Use “Forgot password?” for a reset link.

1.2 Install to home screen (optional)

In Safari or Chrome: Add to Home Screen for quick dashboard access. See guide · install.

1.4 Customer self-booking

Customer connects shop WiFi, opens …/book.php?shop=您的店标识, submits email & slot. Receives receipt + consent email. See WiFi guide.

2. Staff entry (optional)

Walk-ins: Dashboard → + Log appointment. Enter name, customer email, service, date/time.

3. Save & send

Click Save and send email. System sends booking receipt (.ics calendar) immediately; new customers also get consent email for reminders.

5. Reminders

After consent: automatic emails 1 day, 2 hours, and day-of; or tap Remind now. Optional revisit emails for salons (28/21 days after visit).

5½ Confirmation image (optional)

Dashboard → Generate image for social sharing (PNG, no email quota). See guide.

6. Reschedule (optional)

Customer replies to email or calls; you update date/time in Reschedule and notify. See guide.

7. Mark arrived

Tap Arrived — completion receipt email sends automatically (no consent needed). Email only, no SMS.

8. Event blast (optional)

Event notification to consented customers (once/day, filter by tags).

CSV import for birthdays/events. See guide.

9. Plans & boost packs
