1. Who we are
yisuncloud Book is operated by Chongqing Yisun Technology Co., Ltd. and provides online appointment booking and email reminder SaaS for small shops (salons, nail studios, repair counters, pet grooming, classes, and similar). Official site: yisun.cloud.
This service does not participate in shop–customer transactions or collect business payments on behalf of shops. You pay us only for software access.
2. Where data is stored
Shop accounts, appointments, consent records, member lists, and payment orders are stored on servers in the United States. We do not intentionally move business databases outside that region for storage or processing.
Email delivery, payment processing (e.g. LianLian Global, PayPal), and DNS may use third-party providers under contract. That does not relocate your core business database.
3. Information we collect
- Identifiers — shop owner login email, shop name, address, phone, industry, password hash.
- Commercial information — subscription plan and payment order records (we do not store full card numbers).
- Internet or network activity — IP address and timestamps in security logs on sign-up, login, and self-booking (not sold, not used for ads).
- Customer data — email, optional name, appointment choices, consent status, and unsubscribe preferences as entered by the shop or customer.
4. Shop owners (registered users)
- We send verification, billing, and service emails to shop owners. Publishing booking links or purchasing requires verified email (48-hour activation link, can be resent).
- IP addresses on sign-up/login protect accounts and resolve disputes — not shown publicly, not sold.
- We do not sell shop owner data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Customers (no account required)
- Self-booking collects email, optional name, and appointment choices. Shops may also log appointments on behalf of walk-in or phone customers.
- Consent-based reminders — marketing-style reminders are sent only after the customer clicks consent in email. Every message includes unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM compliant).
- Booking receipts and completion notices are transactional/service emails.
- We do not collect customer phone numbers by default. Shops must not enter government IDs in free-text fields.
- We do not sell customer data and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Logs and retention
We retain email send records, appointment history, consent timestamps, and security logs for troubleshooting, quota verification, and lawful requests. We generally retain operational logs for at least 12 months, then delete or aggregate them unless law requires longer retention.
7. How we use and share information
- Service providers — hosting, email, and payments process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- No sale — we do not sell personal information under CCPA/CPRA and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Your privacy rights (U.S.)
Shop owners may access, correct, or delete their account via Settings or by emailing info@yisuncloud.com. Customers may unsubscribe from any shop email instantly. For deletion, customers should contact the shop first; the shop may ask us to delete records for that email.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights. Email info@yisuncloud.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no separate “Do Not Sell or Share” toggle.
9. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact info@yisuncloud.com to request deletion if you believe a child has provided information.
10. Security & abuse

11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
