Try first, verify later: fill the booking form now; confirmation emails and booking QR require sign-up and email verification (trial quota after verification).

After save we immediately send a booking confirmation email. New customers also get a consent email for future reminders (auto-sent 1 day, 2 hours, and day-of; or use “Remind now”). Customers can also book via your booking link.

Full legal name not required. With email and service, that’s enough to tell customers apart; emails say “Dear customer” if blank.

Sensitive content (ID, phone, etc.) is blocked. Collect minimal customer data; this system sends email only, not SMS.
