Email help
yisuncloud Book uses email only (no SMS) for booking receipts, consent, and reminders. Shop owners need a working inbox to sign up. Customers need email for self-booking. This guide covers popular U.S. providers — all offer free personal accounts.
Why you need email
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Shop owner (you) | Sign up and log in to yisuncloud Book. Your login email receives verification, password resets, and billing receipts. When customers reply to appointment emails, messages forward to this inbox for rescheduling. |
| Customers | Self-booking requires their email for the booking receipt, one-time consent, and optional reminders. Every message includes unsubscribe. You do not need to configure SMTP — we send on your behalf. |
Sister products use the same email-first approach: yisuncloud Print, yisuncloud Pickup.
