Your shop booking link & QR code
yisuncloud Book · for salons, retail try-ons, nail studios, tea rooms, and local services
Share with customers or publish on your site. Full steps: User guide · self-booking.
What does this do?
Each shop gets a dedicated booking link and QR code. Post it at the door, on receipts, or send to regulars. Customers open the page, enter email, date/time, and service, and receive a booking receipt. Reminders go out only after email consent. Email only — no SMS.
New shops default to in-store WiFi only for self-booking: customers must connect your shop WiFi before submitting. See WiFi setup and Terms.
In-store WiFi only (recommended)
Prevents remote booking from home. We record your shop’s public IP; customers on the same WiFi can submit.
Shop setup (first time)
- On shop WiFi, open Shop settings
- Click Register current network
- Enable In-store network required and save
- Post the QR code with: “Connect shop WiFi first, then scan”
Customer steps
- Connect shop WiFi
- Scan QR, enter email and time slot, submit
- If blocked, turn off cellular data and refresh
Re-register network if your ISP changes your IP. Uncheck WiFi-only to allow booking from anywhere.
Link vs QR code
Same URL. QR scans open the same page as your copied link.
- Copy link — text messages, social posts
- Save QR — print for door, counter, receipts
Where to get it
- Register and log in to yisuncloud Book
- Open Shop settings (Dashboard → Settings)
- Under Customer self-booking: copy link or save QR image
You may customize the short slug (e.g. my-shop); old links stop working after a change — update printed materials.

What the link looks like
…/book.php?shop=您的店标识
shop= is your unique shop slug (auto-assigned or customized in settings).
What customers see
- Your shop name and welcome message
- Form: name, email, date/time, service
- Booking receipt email with calendar (.ics)
- New customers get a separate consent email — reminders only after they agree
- Automatic reminders (1 day, 2 hours, day-of) after consent
Best practices
- Post QR at door and counter
- Print link/QR on receipts and cards
- Let customers enter email on the booking page — compliant and unsubscribe-ready
- Event invites to consented customers: member import (once/day limit)
When booking is unavailable
- Self-booking disabled in settings
- WiFi-only on but customer not on shop network, or network not registered
- Shop email not verified
- Subscription expired
FAQ
- Changed my slug — does old QR still work?
- No. Re-copy link and QR, update printed materials.
- Customer can’t submit after scanning?
- WiFi-only: connect shop WiFi, disable cellular, refresh. Also check subscription and verification.
- Conflicts with texting customers?
- No. Use chat for conversation; the link handles records, receipts, and reminders.
